Suzanne is currently leading the Yoga Department at Lifetime Athletic in Vernon Hills, IL. If you are not a member, no problem! Reach out for a pass to try a class. There are many different classes on our schedule, something for everyone. If you are unsure which class is right for you please reach out on our connect page. If you are looking for something more private, Suzanne offers one-on-one and small group lessons.

Class Descriptions

Hot Vinyasa-high energy, quick moving, flow one breath/one movement; through a series of postures ranging between 92-98. Challenging and FUN. Music can be EDM.. rap.. rock.. you never know but it will be pumpin! You will be pushed out of your comfort zone, which is where the growth happens.

Hatha-focused on holding and breaking down postures. More detailed in alignment and what you should be feeling. Warm.. between 82-89 degrees; chill, upbeat music. Exploring each pose more, allows you to get deeper into sensation.

Yin-restorative and relaxing. Long held 3-5 minute stretches, targets deeper dense tissue. Meditative, breath focused, warm between 82-89 degrees, relaxing music. Using the breath, we will lean into discomfort and practice non-reaction. Use the breath to untie the knots in the body, as well as the mind.
